My Solutions to this Country’s Problems

I think I have good  solutions to the current problems facing this country.    I think the one concrete strategy would be to increase the volume of people in the upper income brackets.   This could be done by giving money to the underemployed.   A small amount of money — perhaps a thousand dollars per person —would enable people to advance from their current job to a more satisfactory position or a higher paying job.   Once done, each person would be paying several times more income tax than before.  Also,  the government would be paid in return a minimum of 16 times the amount of money that would be given away.    The government would be paid back in return a maximum of up to fifty times the amount of money given away.    This way the federal budget would be increased by at least 50% without raising taxes.    I can state one example to base this strategy on.   One man I  knew needed only $500 to renew his commercial driver’s license.   By doing so,  he would have been able to get a truck driving job paying $50,000 per year.  He was working in a warehouse for roughly $20,000 per year when I met him.   It was evident that he could increase his income and pay four times as much income tax ($8,000 per year ) and  that was 16 times the amount of money he would have been given ($500).

Based on this example,  if the government gave away $5 Billion and got back 20 times the money in income tax in return,  that would be $100 Billion.   Then, if that $100 Billion were given to the underemployed, the amount paid in return would be $2 Trillion.   That amount of money would balance the federal budget ( $700 Billion),  more than double the annual military budget  ( $700 Billion ) and $600 Billion would be left to use to pay down the national debt.     I think this is the solution to this nation’s most urgent problems.  And included in this plan of action– the unemployment rate would be eliminated as millions of people would have alot of money to spend and create millions of jobs.
